Wrong order delivered

I have purchased items at Makro online and the they delivered the wrong items that I never even purchased I have contacted them but they have not picked up the wrong order or send me the correct one and when you contact the agent on WhatsApp and email they tell you one and the the same thing thing this is unacceptable their service is pathetic
