Wrong order and no refund

Struggle about stove nowthey want to pick up wrong stove that was delivered. I used it so what will happen now. I did ask then via email,no response just tell me to pick up stove. That means i will be without a stove,they will charge me for using the wrong stove,after iexplain i will keepit,but they need to refund me the R1000 that i overpaid . What a struggle for more than 2 months now. Please is there anybodythat is able to help me withthis Stupid people and for that big Company. Please stay awayfrom them to buy ONLINE
