Wrong online order
DO NOT EVER ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO STORES IN SOUTH AFRICA. I ordered 3 wall mounted fans in December 2024, the wrong color was delivered in January 2025. I had to send it back after a lot of effort and telephone calls. STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FOR ALL 3 FANS. They keep telling me they will escalate my query to the relevant department. It is going for 4 months now!!!!!!
