Wrong length of curtain

I thought for once I wouldn't need to complain, but alas.

After receiving my 20 curtains via staggered courier drop-offs, the last 8 arrived much later than the others, with 1 curtain being too short. This is such a silly inconvenience, and I wonder how it will be sorted.

Are the staff not taught to read lengths and double-check before boxing and sending the clients their goods via courier?

Absolutely shocking.
