Wrong item delivered! Still waiting for it to be collected and returned

STAY AWAY FROM Makro SA's ONLINE SHOPPING SITE!!. I ordered 6 headsets around the 1st of January, delivery was scheduled for the 8th of January. Delivery was finally made a few days after the 8th and to make matters worse only 1 headset was delivered (after paying for 6)!! When I raised the issue with the delivery guy he insisted that I accept the delivery then inform Makro of the incorrect order received. I did so and spoke to 3 Makro agents over a 6 day period. The first 2 agents Boniswa and Bonolo dropped off the chat without attending to my query. The 3rd agent Elzane said they will send someone on Wednesday 15 Jan to pick up the wrong item that was delivered. TODAY IS TUESDAY 21JAN AND NO ONE HAS COME TO PICK UP THIS ITEM!! Makro, this is disgusting. Just a warning to customers considering shopping on Makro's online platform, STAY AWAY!
