Wrong item delivered: Please swap or refund

Online troubleshooting has been a shocking interaction. I ordered a Grey Adjustable Dress Form- Medium/Large online. Instead, a red dress form was delivered. I mailed immediately to inform online support of the error, but I'm only getting an automated response about high volume enquiries, plus a 'rate our service' request. It has been a month now, and I'm unsure what to do other than putting it on hello peter. The first option would be to deliver the correct item as per my order (and collect the incorrect item simultaneously). Alternatively, please refund and collect the wrong item (in its original packaging). I would appreciate any feedback.
