Wrong estimated delivery date
I purchased a washing machine online from Makro on the 27th of January 2022. The estimated time for delivery was 20 days. However, after 3 weeks my order is still in processing. After following up with the call centre the agent informed me that there was a mistake that it is 20 working days. And only after 20 working days the order will be packed and then shipped... So now it is acceptable that they can say, sorry it was a mistake and deliver your order whenever they want to. If I would've known this order would take so long to arrive I would not have purchased it. Definitely won't recommend purchasing from them online.

23 Feb 2022, 16:00It goes from bad to worse... No one from Makro has ever contacted me regarding this complaint. I phoned the call centre after waiting 20 working days for my order just to be informed that the supplier is OUT OF STOCK... How is that for customer service?
