WRONG DELIVERY

the worst experience ever, I ordered a braaipan on the 12 th of november and recieved on the 25th of november a kettle , i called them to say that they delivered the wrong one . and it was said that they will come and pick up the package . its been 2 weeks and i still have the kettle and not my braaipan .They have done nothing to get me the product that i ordered or my money back... NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING THERE AGAIN.
