Wow Makro Woodmead

Again Makro Woodmead fail to provide us with required service. Called customer service line to ask if i place an order online for store collection how long it will take cause we have a trade account and person i sent forgot the card what woumd work better.. Was told turn around time is just thd same as delivery but i can provode the card number and an OTP will be sent to confirm purchase. Instead when the person arrives at the till the lady says no and i asked the person i sent to ask for supervisor. They then called Busi who was not bothered and said no and carried on with what she was doing and didnt even hear my story. Not sure why we bother to ask to supervisors if they cannot do anything.
