Paid money for a Generic SL20 8 GB with Game Included (Black), last year 2024, I was promised to get it a long time ago, and they delivered the wrong item today in 2025 now i have to wait for them to update their system so that it says something was delivered (GOD only knows when that will be) then i can submit a return and wait more for them to collect the thing and then only will process receiving me what they advertised.I have exhausted my airtime funds on calling your online team that can not do anything accept escalate and apologise on your behalf. MAKRO do not make false promises at least do not give a delivery date that is not correct because customers are waiting for what they paid you (you have their money and did not give them their product), and if you advertise something make damn sure you advertising stock you actually have besides this Shoperlistic has ruined your brand and so have Wumdrop courier I do not know where you have found these guys but its your onus to deliver on your promises @massmart get your act together and stop stuffing up the Makro brand. IF YOU DO NOT FIX THIS ****, i will never support Makro again neither will my family and all the people i can reach, and i will consider suing for false advertising, i have all the proof i need. Make this right now!!!
