WORST,HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE SERVICE
Worst online service I have ever encountered. For my first experience with Makro online services and after a week of being given a delivery date ...on the day that I should be getting my item I am told its the suppliers fault. Why would you have insufficient suppliers on your platform.
I am supposed to be using the item I bought by tomorrow and yet I do not even have an idea of when exactly am I even going to receive it.
THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS

03 Nov 2025, 11:20I was yet again told they will come this past saturday. I again cancelled my plans to wait for delivery which never happened.
Honestly....Online shopping from you guys is a dread to deal with.
