I don't recommend people to support Makro online purchases. They have false advertising and marketing. I purchased a smart watch which was advertised as a Amplify Smart Watch only to be delivered a cheap Chinese brand staying supp**** by Dragon City. When I complained it took 2 months of calling and emailing. They don't give you feedback and their call centre is not professional. After all that I'm finally refunded but I don't get the delivery fee back. It's not my fault. They should take full responsibility for false advertising. It's like a **** cause they like making money on delivery fees.

13 Mar 2025, 11:29I didn't not say i was not refunded, what I have complained about is your poor service, poor quality products been supp****, false advertising and delivery fees not been refunded. The fact that this was not picked up from my message shows the lack of customer service.
