Worst warranty service ever

Washing machine out of guarantee but the warranty kicked in for an additional 3 years. The service is pathetic as we waiting for a month to repair the unit. The technician came for a part that had to be replaced, he said he needs to find out from the office what to do. Three weeks later we still waiting.
