WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH MAKRO

Shopping at Makro has been the worst experience of my life. I bought a brand new laptop only for it to stop working within the first four months. I sent the laptop for repairs only for them to tell me it cannot be repaired and that I will be given a refund. I was supposed to receive the refund within seven days and weeks have passed since with no refund in sight. I have sent emails and called multiple times. The calls do not go through and there is no response whatsoever to the emails. R2000 down the drain. Next time I even think about buying something at Makro I'll just gather some wood and set my money on fire because that will be the equivalent of buying at Makro. I have no laptop and no money to show for it. They took my hard earned money and ran with it. This company is a ****.
