WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
I placed an order on 29 December 2022 for school stationary to the value of R895.35. A parcel was delivered on 31 December. The box contained a Samsung Tablet. On 02 January i reported (to *** and ***) that i received a tablet instead of stationary. I have since called 3 times and emailed 4 times. I have not received any answers or response. School starts in a few days and i still have to cover the books an mark the stationary.

07 Jan 2023, 10:35I received a call from Fochville yesterday. The person who was supposed to receive pool cleaning chemicals, received my stationary.
I checked the box i received and saw there was another sticker, covered by the one with with my details... I called the person who's details were on the sticker. She is still waiting for the tablet that i received. She lives in Boksburg.
Seriously Makro, how do you get things messed up this bad????
School starts in 3 days and my child doesnt have any thing!!
See the email response below i received regarding my complaint. Did Mpho read my complaint at all? Has anyone actually checked what actually happened here??
