Worst shopping experience ever

Second time I ordered online. First time I waited more than 2 weeks for my order which was supposed to be delivered in 2-5days. After 2 weeks I cancelled my order. After another week my order arrived and order was never cancelled. I ordered online again now and history repeated itself. I went to the store to just collect my package and was told they are not able to assist
