Worst shipping service ever!!!

And again Makro porves that their service suck!!!

Not long after buying a USB Webcam and not receiving the item from them (see my previous review of about 2 weeks ago) I decided to give them another go and buy 2 office chairs from them. This time they could not blame a supplier seeing that ALL of their shops showed stock of the items so they just needed to ship it from the closest one, right? NO!! I've placed the order on the 28th of May. They promise a delivery time of 2-5 days, make that work days. Today is the 8th day without any delivery. I've emailed.....no response. I've called and spoke to their consultants who will phone me back everytime..... no response. Makro has truely become one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Temu is officially quicker with their deliveries from China than Makro are with their closest shop to me being about 400km away.

Never is a long time but never in my life will they ever see me again. Not even in their shops.
