Worst service with online purchases

Till today Makro doesnt know when they will collect my return request😂😂😂for a big company like them i am very shocked at the level of service they provide. Shows how much they care about their customers, never order online again with them rather go instore. With things being done online lately i wonder how they will keep up if they do this to their customers
