Worst service, refund delayed

I have been waiting for more than 5 days for a refund due to me. When I follow up via telephone the *********** consultants are always telling different stories, still waiting for finance and so many other ****py excuses . Schools are reopening I urgently need my money please. Perhaps I should just share my story again. I bought a Defy built-in stove online after processing payment I was informed Makro no longer accepts EFT payments. I desperately needed the stove so on the same day I went to the branch at Crown Mines bought the same stove, that alone shows loyalty to you Makro I could have taken my money elsewhere and just to add to my troubles customer service was horrible. I am tired of having to rely on this platform to get you to respond to me. I just need my money back, I will definitely not recommend Makro to anyone.
