Worst service received from Makro

The response is not enough if there's nothing concrete being said. Please confirm the date when I will receive my refund. 5 working days has lapsed and no refund has been made to my account.
Please urgently respond to my query.

Makro is very *********** in handling queries from customers. They take forever to try and assist. No consultant has tried to call or tried to make contact with me. 5 business has lapsed and I am still awaiting my money.

It was my first time shopping online with Makro. Never again shall I do so again. I've learnt my lesson. I'm sharing my experience to everyone out there. Please do not shop on any Makro online platform. You will regret it.
