Worst service over my refund

Almost one year later and I guess my request is still getting "escalated". I have sent my bank statement and banking details twice already but no refund. My emails regarding this matter are now being ignored, no communication at all as I am the one that has to again spend my money to call them (I am sure the amount I used calling them is 2x more than what is owed to me), only to be told "we are escalating it", "we will call you in 24hrs"(you will wait forever).
