WORST SERVICE ONLINE PURCHASE

I had placed an order with them online, there is no update on the tracking for my order, when I phone customer care they are unwilling to assist. I have been having issues with delivery also been trying to contact them through all channels but nothing worked. I am still waiting for my order and no one seems to help. According to them its a 3rd party supplier and they have no contact details for the company
