Worst service not to be trusted or used

As I write this review again today(6/10/2022) I am still waiting for my order from Makro, I have not heard anything from them with any updates as to when I can expect my delivery. Makro is the worst business to be involved with and never will I use them again. I have tried reaching out to them several times but it seems like they just don't care and not interested in helping me sort this issue out. At the moment I am begging that they just refund me. I have used extra cash to buy lunch packs for my kids from other reliable suppliers and I will never use Makro ever again. In my previous review they responded acting all concerned as if they will sort this out immediately but I guess that was just an act because I have not heard a single word from them again.
