Worst service - No customer care. JUST ****S!!!

I bought a TV on Makro Online on the 01 August, I got a message that it will be delivered on the 03 August and the item did not arrive on the date in which they promised, sent an email and no reply. When I called them on the 5th they told me lies about the unit not being ready for the courier to collect however on the APP the status shows the order has been packed and yet again I was promised the unit will be delivered the next day. But I guess you all know what happened!!!
