Worst service I've ever had!!!

If only I knew and checked before shopping online!!! Ordered two sets of identical luggage sets for our family trip...received within three working days and was quite pleased when receiving a call from the courier to say they a delivering....I only received one of my sets. It's been an absolute nightmare. I have phoned every day for the last week...I get told that they have sent an email and logged the complaint. They will contact me when they have an update...every day for a week!!! The service is a one line number that gets manned from a private residence because you can hear the dogs barking in the backround and there is absolutely no expression of concern and zero effort is made to get back to the customer and let us know when we can expect the correction of a very basic mistake...quantity 2!!!! Not 1! And then toadd salt, I receive notification to say that I have received my goods!!! The next I received a survey to rate the service and when you select the bad option, the link doesn't work!!!
