Worst service I have ever received from any company!!promise to call but I am waiting for months now!

Marko and they pathetic service! I have had the worst possible service from Marko Springfield

I phoned them regarding my fridge which is still under warranty stating to them that the fridge isn't cold enough and the freezer is building a lot of ice the first time the technician was sent over he resealed the rubbers on the fridge doors after a week I notice the fridge was doing the same thing so I called makro and told them they said the technician Will call me. after two weeks I receive a call from makro saying the technician Will come through one of the days and that they tried calling me and there was no answer

Honestly Marko did not try calling email I was waiting for.They call for 2 weeks!

The technician came and saw the fridge again and said that they Will send a senior technician because they are not sure what's happening that was about 4 weeks ago

I am still waiting for the technicians to come through for.more then 4 weeks I have not received a call from Marko or the repair company

You'll service is perthetic honestly even the people working at Marko Don't care when they phone u they have no customer service at all
