Worst Service I have EVER received

I am so upset and disappointed in Makro.I bought a tv stick online and they delivered a faulty one.I requested for an exchange and haven't received any feedback regarding my request.I than decided to return the device and the courier went to the wrong address twice.I logged various queries and none were attended to properly.The customer support agents are completely ***********.They escalated all my queries to the wrong department causing me to have a unresolved problem for 3 weeks and pending.
