Worst service I ever received

I’ve been calling @Makro_SA everyday for the past two weeks to replace the “brand new” washing machine because of a leakage!

I still haven’t received any feedback and everything I call, they say the matter has been escalated and someone will get back to me with feedback.

Your suppliers are the worst and have tarnished your reputation due to such terrible customer service!
