Worst service from Makro online

Guys stay away from Makro online what a **** of a company I ordered a charger on the 9th of March, a mere charger which was supply to be delivered on the 14th of march 3 weeks later am still waiting for the delivery, I’ve emailed countless times requesting a refund as I want nothing to do with these people anymore but they ignored my email and then sent an email saying the item was delivered when it wasn’t, soo disappointed and angry at them
