Worst service from Makro Online

Worst experience ever from Makro online. Purchased a fridge on the 5th September 2023, delivery supposed to be 2-5 working days, still no delivery on the 11 September 2023. Called the contact centre to cancel the order and apparently the the fridge was delivered, to who... not me. Now they have to investigate to refund me. The inconvenience this has caused has cost me more in wasted time with the call centre and expenses for food on a daily basis. To date not a senior manager has contacted me with any type of feedback.
