Worst service from Makro online

I have ordered an item online on the 19 March 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered on 28 March 2025. I have not received my order yet, they said it was handed to the courier but no tracking number, no courier information nothing… I’ve been seeing people complaining about Makro online and thought left me try anyway coz I needed that item and guess what I regret and will never again.
