Worst service from Makro, I refuse to wait for 7-14 days for my refund.

I ordered 2 items from Makro, one item was delivered within the 2-5 working days as promised. I however to my surprise in the 5th day no one is saying anything about my second delivery. I called Makro to follow up on the order and I was told a ticket was logged to follow up with the supplier. I called and sent emails to follow up again, no feedback. I call today and am told that they cannot get hold of the supplier therefore a refund will be done in 7 to 14 days. 18 days later and only because am following up I get to be told this. Am not willing to wait for 14 days for a refund as I want to get the item elsewhere before Christmas. Makro customers service is the worst. No updates no nothing and the rudeness to think I should wait for their terms to pay me back is beyond me. Since you can’t deliver on your promise Makro please pay back the money today so that we can move on and I get my item elsewhere.
