Worst service from Makro

Did an online order on 19 March 2025... received only one item of my order which was from a third party compony. Phoned numerous times with absolutely no feedback from Makro. No one in the entire Makro who I talked to on the phone can give me any answers where my order is. The only thing they can tell me is that they found NO data... as if I never made this order. On Friday we cancelled the order via Makro WhatsApp Today I had to phone once again to cancel the order. I personally think Makro should get workers who actually will DO their work...
