Worst service from Makro

I recently ordered a product from them on 02/08/2025, and they gave an estimation of 08/08/2025 for today's delivery. I waited, then decided to call the online delivery department, and to my surprise, I was told that my product hadn't been dispatched. No communication whatsoever, no wonder Takealot is taking all their business because of this incompetence. So the online lady also advised me that the order won't be delivered today after waiting the period advised by them. I then chose to cancel the order, and now I'm waiting for my refund. In the meantime, I'll be ordering from Takealot for better and efficient service. Stay away from Makro online, it's terrible. They deserve no stars
