Worst Service Ever - Use Takealot who are miles ahead!!!!!!

I placed my order MAK742330 on the 27/11/2017 and paid for delivery. Till today i have not received any communication from them regarding a delay. I allowed them two weeks and called in only to be told they do not have any stock after holding for 15 minutes. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone . My TAKEALOT order was placed on the same day and delivered two business days thereafter . Do not allow clients to place an order and then source the stock. I will be laying a formal complaint with the consumer goods council as this needs to stop!!! THE NEXT CALL I RECEIVE NEEDS TO BE FOR MY DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!
