WORST SERVICE EVER!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA
The WORST SERVICE. I will never put myself through that pathetic service ever again. I bought plates at Makro which they confirmed that they were returned successfully. Upon issuing my refund, they only refunding me for only one plate. It has been two weeks asking them to refund my order order and when they finally decided to it was short paid. bunch of ****, I asked them a million times to confirm the refund amount and they did but when it was time to refund, they only refunded one item.

I purchased plates that are worth R1248.57 each plate costing R1248.57 and i returned all 9 plates and only received a refund of R138.73
Please rectify this. You are by far the worst retail company in the whole of South Africa.
