Worst service ever received from Makro Germiston...

I visited Makro Hermiston on the 25 to buy a TV set for my mom, I spent half a day there and I still came back not helped. They said my ID copy was not right yet I saw them helping other customers with copies printed more worse than mine. I reckon perhaps they wanted a bribe as they kept on saying if we fix this for you then you gotta buy us a drink and I was not in for that nonsense as I had everything necessarily required. To top it all up they locked the exits while I was still inside and had to use their staff exit and it was flooding, meanwhile my car was packed in front of customer's exit so I had to walk around in the rain to go fetch my car from the front and brought it to the back to load some of the things I purchased. The following day I visited Makro Woodmead instead to purchase the TV set and I got assisted with no hassles. So Makro Germiston is a sham and a **** full of hungry Tembisa township employees, I'd never visit that store again even if I am a stone's throw from it.
