Worst service ever period .
Very Poor service , after 25 calls and numerous empty promises i still don't have anything of my online order to collect in my life i have never had such a bad experience with someone , you are a big store with even bigger empty promises and bigger non service towards your clients , i really think its utter ...... service , once you have the clients moneys you don't care about them they can wait 2 weeks for you . i will never in my life again buy from you any products and i will sure as hell make sure no one i know supports you again . the bad service goes right to the top as no one have made a effort to phone me back . thanks again for nothing and thank you for making moving into a new home a bad experience.

06 Dec 2018, 12:42well it has been escalated and i promise you i will not have my items by the end of Friday , this is the worst service ever , you are a mega store not some small business , i can not think how you can't get a courier to deliver your stock within 2 weeks don't tell me that nonsense . it cannot take a courier service 2 weeks to deliver orders . you will have to make a plan i need my items before Saturday , get it on a courier and get it in Bloemfontein . first your policy is 5 working days and then 10 . tomorrow will be 11 days . get it in Bloemfontein .
