Worst service ever, NEVER buy anything online!!!!

I really am at my wits end and just so dissapointed in the service from Makro. I placed an order on the 7 March for 50 chairs, only 31 arrived because they apparently sold stock on the floor before they packed up my order. So they cancelled the 19 other chairs BUT HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED ME!!!!! I have phoned and followed up more then 10 times, I get the same answer every time. This is a total of R10450 I’m waiting for for over 2 months. I really don’t know what to do anymore. It’s literally *****ing!!!
