Worst service ever. Horrible customer service
I bought TV online and it was delivered on 8th of December however TV is faulty and I called customer service on the 10th to log a return ticket and I was advised they will come and collect this TV I have been calling twice or more for past 2 weeks with no assistance today I called I was informed my reference number doesn't exist. Worst service ever I can never recommend anyone to this store.no customer service at all now I'm stuck with TV that is not working properly

I want to return this tv and get refund I don't want it anymore. It's been over a month now I've been sitting with a new tv that is not working properly. Your call center agents are also very useless they put you on hold for 30 minutes and then drop
