WORST SERVICE EVER FROM MAKRO - NO CARE IN THE WORLD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I'm sitting with a Makro credit card that is of NO USE to me,....I can not purchase online as my transactions keep failing and its only items that is available online. I have tried numerous phone calls/emails to Makro & RCS customer care,....NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL. RCS customer care are so bad, no one there can help me with my issue,,,,,they just keep transferring me from one dept to another. I am about to close my Makro credit card and support a reputable supplier that actually deserve the support as Makro has no care in the world about customer services. So why then must I support a business like that. My last resort is the Ombudsman and then I'm closing my account with Makro.
