Worst service ever from Makro Germiston!
Ordered online. Delivery address was my work address but still they sent a courier on a Sunday! Rescheduled & changed my address to my home address. Today,3 days later was their first attempt to deliver again! Yet ANOTHER failure as the courier went to pick up the parcel but apparently there was no paper work!! My parcel is back in the store with a FURTHER delay! No use phoning the call centre as they just escalate the matter. More useless phoning Germiston branch as I held on for 45 minutes and nobody answered! Even the courier company's phone just rings I had to reschedule with my installer 3 times as my parcel has not been delivered yet. It would have saved me airtime,time and alot of frustration if I just drove to a branch and purchased it!!! Extremely agitated
I really have little faith that it's even going to be delivered today as the couriers tracking system shows it hasn't even been collected from the store yet! Once again I had to postpone the installers as I expected the delivery since Monday. I was at home the last 3 days which was more than enough time to receive my hob AND have it installed. Tomorrow I'm going back to work and have to arrange time off AGAIN for the installers to come & install. All of this due to a lack of service & incompetence.
All you do is apologize but don't get to the route cause & absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience you cause.
Wish you could even TRY to comprehend the inconvenience & frustration

This is a disgrace seriously.
You can't even get it right to deliver as per your last response. So NO ONE is following up or prioritizing this specific matter??!
