Worst service ever from Makro

I have been waiting 3 days for my order payment to be alocated, the money has been out of my account since I ordered my machine as I need my order in 8 days that is why I ordered it ahead of time. My payment has still not been alocated, my order is not yet shipped, call centre can't help me, Makro head office is not answering my 14th call to talk to finance and a refund will take more than 2 months. I don't get any feedback or my order
