Worst Service Ever
No guys this is unacceptable , made an order on the 13th of May, no delivery , no communication whatsoever , no apology .... 19 May receive an email that a refund has been processed 14 days later .... my money hasnt been returned.
These guys are not going to like what we are gonna do!

27 May 2026, 11:37 What a generic response. Also, why would a big brand like Makro have a line that only makes outbound calls but does not accept inbound calls? That is very questionable for a customer-facing support team.
Please provide me with your direct contact number. I do not want to go through the switchboard again.
