WORST SERVICE EVER

I have a ordered a stove from Makro online on the 12th December then received an SMS that says the stove is out for delivery the following day on the 13th I get an email that says the stove is on the way to my surprise they send me an email to say your order is delivered, I tried calling them no response, tried their WhatsApp it's useless. I would love to know where is my stove and which delivery company did they use to deliver my order?

I am so disappointed that this big company do this to people? Actually I'm disgusted just after reading so many reviews about MAKRO, I will never ever buy anything from them I don't care whether it's online or store they're nothing but ***** and *******.
