WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

On the 8th November 2024 Makro collected items from me which I was returning and requesting a refund. I bought them online.

On the 15th november i received an email confirming refund is approved

On the 27th November I received an email advising the refund was paid to me. However I only received refund for 2 items instead of 4. I informed them and was promised it will be sorted.

Since then i keep getting emails that the refund has been processed but I still have not received but to date still nothing received.

I regret buying anything from Makro...The service is terrible and exhausting
