WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I placed an order for a microwave on 23 March. Delivery was suppose to be in 5 to 7 working days. On day 3, I phoned in to query regarding the order. I was told that its only day 3. Today, on day 5, when I logged in, the order was cancelled, without informing me. I phoned in, just to be told there is no stock, and I have to wait 14 days for a refund. Which is unacceptable. I never received a mail regarding this, and now I have to wait under 14 days to get my money back. I'm currently without a microwave, and will have to borrow money now, to buy another one. I will NEVER ever go back to Makro again!!!!!!!!!!
