Worst service EVER

Made an online order on 19 March 2025 got the confirmation email that the order was paid and placed successfully and that delivery will be 21 March 2025. Today is 27 March 2025 and I did not hear from Makro or receive my order. I keep on phoning them with no luck, no one can tell me anything, no one knows what is going on with my order. Some operators can't even see my order with the order number I gave them.

Now Makro can you please contact me regarding my order and tell me what is going on???

I will never ever buy anything from Makro again its the worst service ever!!
