Worst service ever!

#MAK*** - This order was placed 5 days ago, I made a follow-up call yesterday and an operator told me the Carnival store had packed it and was on its way for delivery. I made another call today and was told to call Makro Carnival, and all they keep doing is to hang up on my calls. Your service is the worst, and actually ridiculous. To think that so many customers are complaining about you and yet you seemingly couldn't care less.
