Worst Service Ever

will never buy anything from Makro again. this was my go to store for a very long time. order a present for a loved one and then the delivery date was the 3rd of March. when phoning to follow up on the order they say, this order is in confirmation stage, nothing they can do. i must wait. so now 2 days ago i tried to cancel this order as i was forced to buy the same product somewhere else "for cheaper" i must say. 2 days later and the order is not cancel and still on confirmation stage. please don't make the same mistake i did, shop around first and let Makro be your very last option.
